What does your site mean by a service controlled by the clients?
Our website aims to please every client, in every way possible, we will take any suggestions, feedback, and questions as seriously as possible. And try to accomodate any and all reasonable requests that you may have.
Why does your service only release a few plays per day?
Our handicappers only want to release to you the best plays, when we have pertinent information that gives you the best advantage to win. Some services may have more plays than us per day, but never more QUALITY plays. We live by the QUALITY over quantity mantra.
What time do you release your plays everyday?
Depending on the day of the week and the time of games we are releasing, we will have all lines posted by 10am CT on weekends, and by 5pm CT on weekdays. This can fluctuate depending on holiday games, or special circumstance games, if there is going to be an early release we will update you accordingly.
How often is your overall record updated?
Our record will be updated daily (our overall record on the left-hand side will show all games played from 01/07/11) depending on the season, all records and units won for sports that are out season will stay on our overall record. As of 08/11/11 we are being independently monitored by Pro Sports Monitor.
Should I just bet on the Diamond Plays?
The short answer to this question is no. We cannot however tell each individual what to do with the advice that we give daily, we do strongly recommend though that in order to maximize your profit potential, you bet all plays daily, with the units system provided.
